The Readers Club, in collaboration with the Road Safety Club, organized a Road Safety Quiz on 29 April 2026 to promote awareness about traffic rules and safe road practices.

Students representing the teams with interesting titles Zebra Crossing, Safety, Helmet and Traffic Signals from various grades enthusiastically participated in the quiz, showcasing their knowledge and understanding of road safety principles.

The First round of Quiz included questions based on road safety and traffic rules selected teams advanced to the second (visual) round, where they identified traffic signals, road signs, and related visuals.

Result of the Quiz was :

I Position : Team Traffic Signals (Tvisha Arora, Ginni Dhawan and Sukhnoor)

II Position : Team Helmet (Khyati, Ayan and Avni).

The quiz displayed the fostering collaboration and camaraderie among the students from different age groups while displaying awareness about road safety and the need to follow traffic rules.

With an objective of fostering civic responsibility and promoting safe road practices, the Art and Craft Club organised a Road Safety Awareness Rally on 29 April 2026.

Club students participated enthusiastically, displaying thoughtfully designed posters and raising impactful slogans such as “Follow Traffic Rules”, “Safety First, Life First” etc.

Through this engaging activity, students highlighted key aspects of road safety, including the mandatory use of helmets and seat belts, strict avoidance of mobile phone usage while driving, and the need for disciplined conduct on roads.

Anmol Sharma , Jasmeer Kaur, Aaradhya Ahuja, Anushka brought immense pride to the school by securing Appreciation in the All India School Model Making Contest, ICPE Plastics Fantasia organized by Indian Centre for Plastics in the Environment (ICPE), Mumbai. The Felicitation Ceremony was graced by eminent dignitaries including Mr. Sudheer Khurana (Deputy Director, ICPE), Mr. Mahesh Marwaha (Assistant Vice President, Supreme Petrochem Ltd.), Mr. T.K. Bandyopadhyay (Technical Director, ICPE), Mr. Mayank Prasad (Founder, Ecofuze), and Mr. Bharat Jain (Co-founder, GoSharpener), who appreciated the students for their creativity and commitment towards environmental sustainability.

The competition, based on the theme of recycling and reuse of plastics, provided a platform for young innovators to present eco-friendly and impactful models. Respected Principal Madam Mrs. Rooma Pathak, congratulated the achievers for their innovation, teamwork, and dedication towards building a cleaner and greener environment.

A delightful blend of fun and learning filled the air as the students of Balvatika 1 celebrated a cheerful Lemonade Party on 29 April 2026. The young learners enthusiastically engaged in the process of making and tasting lemonade, turning the activity into a joyful hands-on experience.

Through this engaging session, students explored basic concepts such as identifying ingredients, understanding simple measurements, and maintaining hygiene. Their vocabulary was enriched with new action words like squeeze, pour, and mix. The activity also fostered sensory development, teamwork, and effective communication among the children.

Overall, the Lemonade Party was a refreshing and meaningful experience that seamlessly blended enjoyment with experiential learning.

It was a memorable moment when Lakshy Roy of class VIII secured THIRD POSITION in ATL Community Day 8.0 organised by Mamta Modern School, Vikaspuri on Tuesday, 28 April 2026. The achievement of the team of class VIII & IX reflects their innovative ideas and practical solutions to real world problems in the Ideathon.

Principal Ma’am Mrs. Rooma Pathak congratulated the team for their commendable achievements and wished them success in their future endeavors.

हंसी और उमंग से भरे माहौल में दिनांक 28 अप्रैल 2026 को कक्षा 2 के विद्यार्थियों के लिए हिंदी हास्य कविता प्रतियोगिता का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में बच्चों ने अपनी रोचक एवं हास्यपूर्ण प्रस्तुतियों से सभी का मन मोह लिया। प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों के उच्चारण, आत्मविश्वास तथा मंच कौशल में उल्लेखनीय विकास हुआ। उन्होंने रचनात्मक सोच के साथ भाषा का प्रभावी प्रयोग किया, जो उनके सीखने के सकारात्मक परिणाम को दर्शाता है। इस आयोजन ने बच्चों में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति रुचि और अभिव्यक्ति क्षमता को और अधिक सुदृढ़ किया।

The prize distribution ceremony of the Vishwaroop Olympiad was held on 26th April 2026 at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, Delhi. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries: Chand Kiran Ji (senior academician), Ranjit Singh (IAS Secretary Delhi Vidhan Sabha), Anita Malhotra (Principal Lotus valley international School), Suresh Kulkarni ji (Social Worker), and Anil Kumar Ji (HOD Janpath Sampada Vibhag Indira Gandhi National centre for Arts).

Bhavik Garg and Jaya Jha earned the consolation prize in the Vishwaroop Olympiad. Their dedicated efforts and commendable performance have brought honour to the school.

Such events serve as a powerful inspiration, encouraging students to value the principles of the Constitution of India and strive for excellence.

The Pet Animal Show held on 27 April 2026 was a vibrant and engaging experience for the K.G. students. Brimming with excitement, the children enthusiastically dressed up as their favourite pet animals and showcased creatively designed cutouts. Each child confidently spoke about their chosen animal, reflecting growing awareness and improved communication skills.

The activity provided a wonderful platform to nurture confidence, creativity, and stage presence among young learners.

The stage resonated with confidence and conviction as students showcased their oratory skills during the Inter-House Debate Competition held on 27 April 2026. The event served as a dynamic platform for young minds to articulate their ideas with clarity, logic, and persuasive expression.

In the junior category, participants debated in Hindi on the topic “Social Media: Boon or Bane”, presenting a balanced view of its benefits and challenges in today’s digital landscape. The senior category engaged in a thought-provoking debate in English on “Artificial Intelligence: Friend or Foe”, offering insightful perspectives and well-structured arguments on the evolving role of AI in shaping the future.

A thoughtfully curated virtual session titled “Aao Ayodhya Chale” was organised by the YUVA Tourism Club on 27 April 2026, offering students an enriching insight into the spiritual and historical grandeur of Ayodhya.

The session vividly showcased the city’s cultural, religious, and historical significance through engaging visuals and narratives. Students embarked on a virtual tour of its iconic landmarks, gaining a deeper appreciation of the rich heritage that defines this ancient city.

Blending information with interaction, the session actively engaged students, stimulating curiosity and fostering a stronger connection with India’s diverse cultural legacy.
