Public School, Pitampura, scripted yet another glorious chapter in its sporting journey with an exceptional performance at the CBSE Central Zone Lawn Tennis Tournament 2026–27, hosted on the school campus from 18 July to 22 July 2026. Honourable Principal Ma'am, Mrs. Rooma Pathak, congratulated the young champions on their outstanding achievements and applauded their dedication, perseverance, and competitive spirit.

The spirit of love, care, and togetherness filled the school as Friendship Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the students of Balvatika I to Grade II on 31 July 2026.

The young learners joyfully exchanged friendship bands and toffees with their friends, spreading smiles and strengthening the bonds of friendship. The celebration beautifully reinforced the values of kindness, sharing, affection, and mutual respect among the children.

The cheerful participation and excitement of the students delighted Principal Mrs. Rooma Pathak, who was pleased to see them embracing the true spirit of friendship with such warmth and enthusiasm.

Creativity and confidence took centre stage as the students of Grade II enthusiastically participated in the Show and Tell: "My Favourite Advertisement” held on 31st July 2026. Dressed as their favourite brand ambassadors, the young performers confidently enacted popular advertisements with impressive expressions, voice modulation, and creativity. Their lively presentations reflected excellent communication skills and stage confidence. The activity not only entertained everyone but also enhanced students' speaking abilities, imagination, and self-expression. It was a joyful and memorable learning experience for all.

The Zone XI Lawn Tennis Tournament 2026–27 commenced with great enthusiasm and sporting fervour on 30 August 2026. The tournament was formally inaugurated by Chief Guest SPE Ms. Kamini Rawat and Honourable Principal Mrs. Rooma Pathak, along with Sports Secretaries Mr. Ravi and Ms. Indu Bala, who ceremoniously cut the ribbon and declared the tournament open.

The inauguration marked a spirited beginning, celebrating the values of sportsmanship, fair play, perseverance, teamwork, and excellence.

To promote neat handwriting, correct letter formation, and pencil control, an English Calligraphy Competition was organised for the students of Balvatika I on 29 July 2026. The young learners participated enthusiastically, showcasing their writing skills with neatness, precision, and confidence.

To celebrate the beauty of the rainy season through joyful and experiential learning, the students of K.G. observed Monsoon Season from 27 to 29 July 2026 with great enthusiasm.

A variety of engaging activities, including tea, corn and fruit stalls, monsoon-themed role plays, Raindrop Activity, Umbrella Walk, and an interactive session on Rainwater Harvesting, helped students explore seasonal experiences while developing an understanding of water conservation.

The celebration became even more memorable with the gracious presence of our respected Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Rooma Pathak who appreciated the students’ enthusiastic participation and encouraged the young learners.

Learning becomes truly meaningful when children experience it through hands-on activities. Keeping this in mind, a Life Skills Activity – Flour Kneading was organised for the students of Classes I and II on 29 July 2026. 

The activity provided students with a practical learning experience as they enthusiastically learned the correct technique of kneading dough. It helped enhance their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and sensory development while fostering independence, patience, and self-confidence.

The tiny tots of Class K.G. enthusiastically participated in the Show and Tell Competition on “Wild Animals” held on 30 July 2026. Dressed in colourful costumes and carrying creative props, the young learners confidently spoke about their favourite wild animals and shared interesting facts.

The activity provided a wonderful platform to enhance their communication skills, confidence, vocabulary, and knowledge of wildlife, making learning joyful and engaging.
