To acquaint the parents with the vision, mission, policies, curriculum, facilities, and support services of the school, an Orientation Programme for the parents was organized on Saturday, 20 April 2024 for the new academic session 2024-25.

The programme was initiated with a welcome address by the teachers, who mentioned the achievements and accolades of the school in various fields. They also stressed the significance of parental involvement and cooperation in the holistic development of the students.

The programme was followed by presentations by the teachers of different subjects who used Interactive Panels to display the syllabus, pedagogy, assessment, and learning outcomes of their respective domains. They also illustrated how a conducive environment for learning is provided by the school through its infrastructure, management, faculty, and counselling. Queries and doubts raised by the parents were addressed by the teachers.

The programme built a rapport between the school and the parents who in a collaborative partnership will work towards the holistic development of the students.

To instill a sense of responsibility towards contributing to societal welfare, students of Eco Club visited Roti Bank of Prashant Vihar on Friday, 19 April 2024 under the project SDG-2 ‘Zero Hunger’ under the guidance of their teacher.

The students actively participated in a food donation drive, contributing a variety of nutritious items to Roti Bank. This educational excursion aimed to expose students to the commendable efforts of the NGO in addressing food insecurity, instilling in them a deeper understanding of the importance of community service.

The experience not only broadened their perspectives but also kindled a sense of responsibility towards societal welfare. The visit to Roti Bank stands as a testament to the transformative power of education when coupled with compassionate action.

Oral hygiene is an integral part of one's good health and hygiene. To unable the little MMPians of Grade L.K.G. BRUSHING UP TEETH activity was done on April 19, 24’.

Little ones were taught oral hygiene through different poems and stories on brushing up teeth.

A demonstration on correct way of brushing teeth with up and down stroke was taught by the facilitator of the class.

“Let the flames of the Hawan ignite the spirit of wisdom and prosperity in MMPians hearts."

A serene and divine atmosphere enveloped our school on 18 April 2024, as students of class VII and VIII along with their teachers gathered for a Hawan ceremony to invoke blessings for the new academic session 2024-25. The sacred fire was lit by Pandit Ji which symbolized the beginning of a journey filled with wisdom, prosperity, and success. Students actively participated in the ceremony by offering prayers and seeking divine guidance for the academic year. The Hawan served as a powerful reminder of the importance of spiritual blessings in our educational journey, fostering a sense of unity and positivity among all students.

A special assembly on 16 April 2024 marked the celebration of Ram Navami, the birth of Lord Rama, the seventh avatar of Vishnu as well as Mahavir Jayanti, the birth anniversary of Lord Mahavira, the 24th and last Tirthankara of Jainism.

The assembly commenced with a thoughtful reflection, followed by student presentations including a poem and an uplifting speech. A captivating dance performance by the students imbued the atmosphere with a sense of spirituality. Through these presentations, the audience gained a deeper understanding of the teachings of Lord Rama and Lord Mahavir.

The celebrations not only introduced the rich cultural heritage of Hinduism and Jainism but also highlighted the significance of universal values that transcend religious boundaries.

Atal Tinkering Lab Community Day was celebrated on 15th April, 2024 to extend the frontiers of learning and knowledge beyond our school. Staying true to the philosophy and ideologies of Shri B. R. Ambedkar, around 50 students from the classes IX and XI participated in this journey of innovation and experience the skills and techniques intrinsic to innovation. It was one of the most overwhelming experiences students had in the recent past as it was celebrated with great enthusiasm and focus on imbibing “Do it yourself”, “Teamwork” and “Innovation for all”.

The eventful day began with the inauguration under the guidance of the Principal, Ms. Rooma Pathak; Mentor, Mr. Harsh Vardhan Kothari (Professor at Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies). Innovation has a solution to all the problems was our strong and clear message! Everyone was excited to innovate for real problems together. All the children were asked to form teams of 3 to 4 students. Every team had to identify and solve India’s biggest problems together. The intent was to get constructive, concrete, and future ready. The learning and possibility of applications of these innovative technologies created so much energy. All the children were equally involved, and innovation was focused on problem solving and real application. All the teams presented, brainstormed their innovation to mentor. It was an experience !!

The gracious presence of the School Principal Ms. Rooma Pathak was laudable. She also appreciated the efforts of members of teachers and students for the grand success of the program. The day was made so special and remarkable with shine and smiles of children who believed in innovation and are ready to do it themselves to solve our country’s problem. These young innovators would put India strong and very high on the innovation map! Kudos to ATL for bringing all sections of society together and sowing seeds of innovation!

‘Science is a way of thinking much more than it is a body of knowledge’
To mark the discovery of Raman Effect by Indian Scientist Sir C.V.Raman who is a known Nobel laureate, National Science Day was celebrated on Wednesday 28 February 2024. Students and teachers also enhanced their awareness regarding scientific skills, Millets for Health, various environmental challenges and their solutions by watching the live webinar organized by Science Branch (DOE). Students then made posters, models, wrote speech and articles on environmental consciousness which developed their scientific temperament, environmental sensitivity and sustainability. 
A thrilling Science Quiz was also organized  for the students of Grade VIII in association with Indraprastha Vigyan Bharati. Honorable Principal Ma’am Mrs.Rooma Pathak  encouraged students towards Design Thinking and Innovation. 
Mr.Y.D. Vashisht ,DDE (Retired),MCD also shared his valuable guidance to the students about the importance of understanding, expressing  and learning  science in their day to day life .Thus it was an enriching and educating National Science Day Celebration.

To kindle poetic flair among the Little M.M pians, English Recitation Competition was organized for the Little pals of L.K.G and U.K.G students. Kids recited poem with zeal and enthusiasm. They enjoyed the beauty of expression, thought and words.

They were judged on the parameter of Relevance, content, fluency , expressions, props and enunciation. It was indeed a great day of Learning.

To honour the meritorious students in Academics, Curricular and Co-Curricular activities, a Prize Distribution Function was held in school premises on Saturday, 3 February 2024. Esteemed Director Mr. Somesh Rishi Pathak and venerated Principal Mrs. Rooma Pathak warmly welcomed the honorable Chief Guest Mr. Dependra Pathak, Special Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, Delhi, Mrs. Geeta Pathak and the parents.

The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp lighting followed by a melodious Saraswati Vandana, invoking blessings for wisdom and learning. Principal Ma'am presented a comprehensive annual report, highlighting stellar achievements in CBSE Board results, sports tournaments at International, National, District, and Zonal levels, and various other arenas. All the achievers were bestowed with a prize for their hard earned achievements. Mesmerizing dances from different states filled the audience with a sense of unity and bond. Students also represented a blend of different asanas with the modern touch of Yog Nritya. The Chief Guest's inspiring speech instilled a sense of responsibility and awareness among the students. The uplifting ceremony concluded with the national anthem, uniting everyone with a spirit of pride and accomplishment.

In an interactive session with the chief guest which followed the event, students had open discussion and eagerly enhanced their knowledge about the working of the police department in maintaining law and order of the state and use of artificial intelligence in the present era. The rewarding ceremony not only recognized the achievements of deserving students but also encouraged them to uplift their continued dedication to excellence.

To celebrate the rich cultural diversity and unity of India, historic Republic Day was celebrated in the school premises on 25th January, 2024 commemorating the essence of our democratic nation.

The special morning assembly commenced with great enthusiasm, with a welcome speech and a march led by the NCC cadets who marched in precision, setting a disciplined tone for the event. The entire school gathered in the assembly ground, and the national flag was hoisted with pride by revered principal ma’am Mrs. Rooma Pathak. It was accompanied by the resonating rendition of the national anthem.

Following the flag hoisting, the students of the music band took center stage, presenting a soul-stirring instrumental performance. The cultural program also featured a thought-provoking Nukkad Natak (street play) focusing on unity in diversity.

One of the highlights of the celebration was a mesmerizing dance performance showcasing the cultural diversity of India. Students from various grades presented traditional dances representing four different states. The colorful and energetic performances transported the audience to different corners of the country, celebrating the uniqueness of each state.

Pre-primary students also actively participated in a ramp walk that explored Indian tales, with each child dressed in costumes representing characters from our heritage.

Thus, the Republic Day celebration was a resounding success, fostering a sense of patriotism and unity among the students.
