Nature Quest: Quiz Competition

The students of Eco and Readers Club enthusiastically participated in Nature Quest: Quiz Competition, on 14th May 2026. The event aimed to enhance students’ awareness and understanding of the animal kingdom through an engaging and interactive learning experience.

The quiz was conducted on the theme “Birds, Reptiles, Insects, and Mammals” and comprised a variety of thought-provoking questions related to habitats, adaptations, food habits, distinctive characteristics, and the ecological importance of various species. Multiple rounds, including rapid-fire, riddles, and general awareness segments, added to the excitement and educational value of the competition.

* Second Position: Team Birds (Tejas Krishna, Tvisha, Manvi, Sachin)

Go Green Week – Nurturing Young Environmental Stewards

The Kindergarten section observed Go Green Week from 11 to 15 May 2026. The programme featured colouring, drawing, sapling plantation, a presentation on "Green Earth Felt Alive! Green Tips," and storytelling, all aimed at promoting environmental consciousness.

The students participated with enthusiasm and demonstrated notable creativity and confidence. The initiative effectively enhanced their awareness of environmental issues, communication skills, and sense of responsibility towards nature.

Balvatika 1 Shines in "MYSELF" Presentation

The bright young learners of Balvatika 1 took center stage with remarkable enthusiasm and confidence for the "MYSELF" activity on 14 May. Each child stepped forward to introduce themselves—sharing their name, age, favourite colour, and personal interests—with a delightful blend of innocence and self-assurance. Their beaming smiles and poised delivery were a testament to their growing communication abilities and blossoming self-awareness.

Beyond the introductions, the activity proved to be a vibrant learning experience. It nurtured essential speaking skills, enriched vocabulary, and provided a safe space for self-expression. Equally valuable was the atmosphere of attentive listening and mutual encouragement it fostered among the children, making the session both meaningful and memorable for all.

A Joyous Mother’s Day Celebration and Interactive Parent Orientation Programme

In a heartwarming celebration filled with love, joy, and togetherness, the school organised Mother’s Day Celebration and Parent Orientation Programme on 8 May 2026 for Balvatika–1 and K.G. classes.

The young learners mesmerised everyone with a delightful dance performance dedicated to their mothers, expressing love and gratitude in the most adorable manner. The orientation programme familiarised parents with the academic structure, co-curricular activities, and the school’s initiatives for the holistic development of children. Facilities related to sports, life skills, along with innovative teaching methodologies, were also highlighted. Parents were guided on effective ways to support learning at home, and valuable parenting tips further enriched the interactive session. The programme strengthened the partnership between parents and teachers for the overall growth of students.

Workshop on “Mind Your Best Friend”

Emotional intelligence is the need of an hour to break mental barriers and heal emotional challenges ,with this objective a workshop on “Mind Your Best Friend” was organised on Thursday 7 May 2026 . It helped to overcome distractions and build a strong focused mind thinking among students. The session was conducted by the renowned mind wellness therapist Mr Rajeev Vashista . He explained through techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, STOP and the effective use of five senses to stay focused, overcome distractions and improve concentration. Through interactive activities and real-life examples, students learned how thoughts influence emotions and behaviour. The workshop was highly engaging and informative. Students participated enthusiastically and gained valuable insights for leading a peaceful and focused life. The session concluded with a vote of thanks.

With graceful strokes and joyful enthusiasm, our young learners beautifully expressed themselves in the English Calligraphy Competition held on 6 May 2026. The Kindergarten students showcased neat handwriting, creativity, and a keen sense of letter formation. Their efforts reflected early development of fine motor skills and attention to detail. The activity encouraged patience, focus, and aesthetic appreciation among the children. It was delightful to witness their confidence and eagerness to learn. Overall, the competition successfully merged fun with meaningful learning outcomes.

Sacred Hawan Ceremony for Spiritual Well-being

A Hawan ceremony was conducted for Class VIII on 6 May 2026 in the school premises to promote spiritual and intellectual well-being. The chanting of mantras and sacred offerings filled the environment with positivity and calmness. Students participated with devotion and discipline, while the staff prayed for their well-being and bright future.

Inter - Club Judo Competition

Judo as a self-defense technique and a sport builds confidence and strength. An Inter-Club Judo Competition was conducted on 5th May 2026 with great enthusiasm and participation. The event aimed to promote sportsmanship, discipline, and physical fitness among students. Students from various age groups participated actively and presented techniques with confidence.
