एम.एम. पब्लिक स्कूल के विद्यार्थियों ने जिला स्तरीय हिंदी आशुभाषण प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए विद्यालय का गौरव बढ़ाया। यह प्रतियोगिता 22 अगस्त, 2026 को सर्वोदय कन्या विद्यालय, क्यू ब्लॉक, मंगोलपुरी में आयोजित की गई।

कक्षा सातवीं ‘अ’ के होनहार छात्र श्रेयांश अग्रवाल ने कनिष्ठ वर्ग में तृतीय स्थान तथा कक्षा दसवीं ‘अ’ की प्रतिभाशाली छात्रा वरीशा फ़ातिमा ने वरिष्ठ वर्ग में प्रथम स्थान हासिल कर अपनी प्रतिभा का शानदार प्रदर्शन किया।

विद्यालय परिवार दोनों विद्यार्थियों की इस उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि पर उन्हें हार्दिक बधाई देता है और उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना करता है। विद्यालय को विश्वास है कि वे भविष्य में भी अपनी प्रतिभा एवं मेहनत से अनेक उपलब्धियाँ अर्जित कर विद्यालय का नाम रोशन करेंगे।

A Nick School Contact Programme was organised for the students of Classes I to V on 19 August 2026. The interactive programme, designed as a fun and value-based experience, engaged the students through entertainment and team-building activities.

The programme featured a screening of Chikoo aur Bunty, a popular Nick show portraying the everyday banter and adventures of two siblings. This was followed by exciting games and an interactive quiz, which encouraged participation, attentiveness, friendship and teamwork among the students.

The session concluded with the distribution of Nick goodies, adding to the excitement of the young participants.

मधुर शब्दों, मनमोहक हाव-भावों और नन्हें कवियों की आत्मविश्वासपूर्ण आवाज़ों से विद्यालय का वातावरण आज काव्यमय हो उठा। 21 अगस्त 2026 को कक्षा पहली के विद्यार्थियों के लिए हिंदी कविता वाचन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन हर्षोल्लास के साथ किया गया।

नन्हें प्रतिभागियों ने विभिन्न कविताओं का सस्वर, भावपूर्ण एवं प्रभावशाली वाचन कर सभी का मन मोह लिया। विद्यार्थियों ने स्पष्ट उच्चारण, उचित हाव-भाव और आत्मविश्वास के साथ अपनी प्रस्तुतियों को जीवंत बनाया। इस प्रतियोगिता ने बच्चों की कल्पनाशक्ति, भाषायी कौशल एवं मंच पर अभिव्यक्ति की क्षमता को निखारने का अवसर प्रदान किया। सभी विद्यार्थियों ने पूरे उत्साह से इसमें भाग लिया और अपनी प्रतिभा का सुंदर प्रदर्शन किया। यह आयोजन बच्चों के लिए आनंद, आत्मविश्वास और रचनात्मक अभिव्यक्ति से परिपूर्ण एक यादगार अनुभव रहा।

प्रतियोगिता का परिणाम इस प्रकार  रहा:

• द्वितीय स्थान - मनहर जैन, इतिका गुप्ता
• तृतीय  स्थान - उरवा, विहा नरूला

Learning becomes more engaging when children learn through play, imagination, and real-life experiences. A “Doctor’s Clinic” Dramatization was conducted for the students of Balvatika 1 on 21st August 2026.

The young learners enthusiastically stepped into the roles of doctors, nurses, and patients, recreating a lively clinic setting. Through this interactive activity, they learnt about the roles and responsibilities of healthcare professionals while developing an understanding of health, hygiene, and healthy habits.

The dramatization nurtured their communication skills, confidence, creativity, imagination, and social interaction, making learning both meaningful and enjoyable.

Learning becomes more meaningful when children learn to perform everyday tasks independently. With this thought, a Life Skills Activity, “Button Your Shirt,” was conducted for the students of K.G. on 21st August 2026.

The activity provided the young learners with an opportunity to practise fastening and unfastening the buttons on their shirts. The students participated enthusiastically and learnt to perform this simple yet essential daily task with patience, focus, and confidence.

The activity helped develop their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and self-help skills. It also encouraged them to become more responsible and independent in managing their daily routines.

The Eco Club organised a rally on 20 August 2026 (Thursday) near the school premises to spread awareness about the growing concern of air pollution.

Students enthusiastically participated by raising meaningful slogans and displaying informative posters, highlighting the harmful effects of air pollution and the importance of adopting eco-friendly practices.

The rally inspired everyone to take small but meaningful steps towards cleaner air, a greener environment and a healthier future.

सुंदर और सुस्पष्ट लेखन विचारों को प्रभावशाली ढंग से प्रस्तुत करने की कला है। इसी कला को निखारने के उद्देश्य से 20 अगस्त 2026 को कक्षा दूसरी के विद्यार्थियों के लिए हिंदी सुलेख प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया।

विद्यार्थियों ने पूरे उत्साह और एकाग्रता के साथ दिए गए अनुच्छेद को शुद्ध एवं आकर्षक लिखावट में प्रस्तुत किया। प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों में स्वच्छ, सुडौल एवं शुद्ध लेखन की आदत विकसित करने का प्रयास किया गया।
इस गतिविधि ने विद्यार्थियों में धैर्य, एकाग्रता और हिंदी भाषा के प्रति रुचि को बढ़ावा दिया।

सभी विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लेकर अपनी लेखन-कला का सुंदर प्रदर्शन किया।

प्रतियोगिता का परिणाम इस प्रकार रहा:

• द्वितीय स्थान - अरनव कटारिया
• तृतीय स्थान- उज्जवल बरनवाल

With beautiful strokes and creative flair, the young learners of Class II participated enthusiastically in the English Calligraphy Competition held on 19 August 2026.

The competition provided them with a wonderful platform to showcase their handwriting skills and artistic expression. Students carefully practised each letter, paying attention to neatness, spacing, alignment, and presentation. The activity encouraged them to develop clear, legible, and aesthetically pleasing handwriting. It also fostered concentration, patience, confidence, and a sense of pride in their work.

The competition concluded on a delightful note, with students displaying commendable effort and enthusiasm.

The winners of English Calligraphy Competition were:

• First Position – Samaira Mishra
• Second Position – Moksh
• Third Position – Kanika Jain

Class VII students took part in a Hawan Ceremony on 19th August 2026, held to strengthen their bond with Indian culture and values. With heads covered in white handkerchiefs as a mark of respect, students offered ahuti into the sacred fire, joined the aarti, and both received and distributed prasad amid the chanting of Vedic mantras. The rituals were explained simply, helping students understand the importance of faith, discipline, and righteous living, and the ceremony concluded peacefully, leaving them inspired to embrace moral values and cultural pride in daily life.

As part of the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign, launched by the Government of India and spearheaded by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), around 986 students enthusiastically participated in a plantation drive in July and August 2026 at DDA Park, Sandesh Vihar, near the school.

The initiative encouraged students to plant and nurture trees in honour of their mothers, becoming responsible Green Warriors.
The school’s active participation was proudly recognised with a Certificate of Participation, signed by Smt. Rekha Gupta, Chief Minister of Delhi.
