To create awareness about hepatitis prevention and to encourage students to adopt healthy lifestyles and good personal hygiene practices, World Hepatitis Day was celebrated on 27 July 2026.

The awareness session educated students about the causes, symptoms, modes of transmission, prevention, and treatment of hepatitis. A live demonstration of the correct handwashing technique highlighted the importance of proper hygiene in preventing the spread of infections. Students actively participated in an interactive quiz based on facts and cases.

The event concluded with the inspiring message, “A healthy liver is the key to a healthy life.”

Bringing the magical world of cartoons into the classroom, the students of Balvatika I joyfully celebrated Cartoon Characters Week from 20 July 2026 to 24 July 2026. Throughout the week, the little learners enthusiastically participated in a variety of engaging activities, including colouring, paper tearing and pasting, storytelling, and Show & Tell. These fun-filled activities enhanced their creativity, fine motor skills, imagination, communication, and self-confidence. The cheerful participation of the students made learning enjoyable while helping them connect with their favourite cartoon characters in an interactive way. The week concluded on a happy note, leaving every child with beautiful memories and valuable learning experiences.

 Dressed as enthusiastic tourist guides, they confidently shared fascinating facts about iconic places, displaying excellent communication skills and stage confidence. The activity enriched their knowledge of India's cultural heritage while fostering creativity, public speaking, and self-expression.

The spirit of the wild came alive as the K.G. students enthusiastically participated in the Wild Animal Relay Race held on 24 July 2026.

 Dressed in colourful wild animal headgears, the young learners eagerly took turns in the relay, showcasing remarkable teamwork, coordination, and sportsmanship. The fun-filled activity strengthened their gross motor skills, balance, agility, and confidence while encouraging cooperation in an exciting and engaging way.

Honourable Member of Parliament Shri Tilak Ram Gupta graced the Mega Plantation Drive organised by DDA Horticulture Division-II under the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" – 70 Lakh Paudha Ropan Abhiyan. MMPians enthusiastically participated in the plantation drive, learning the correct techniques of planting saplings and understanding the importance of environmental conservation.

Addressing the gathering, respected guest inspired and motivated the students to plant more trees and nurture them with care. He also highlighted the significance of achieving the mission of planting 70 lakh saplings for a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future.

M.M. Public School was privileged to welcome Mayur, the Official Mascot of the 22nd Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships, who visited the school to personally invite the Hon'ble Principal, Mrs. Rooma Pathak, to the Opening Ceremony of the prestigious international sporting event. The Championships are scheduled to be held at Thyagaraj Stadium, New Delhi, from 28 July to 2 August 2026, with participants from 25 Commonwealth nations.

During the visit, the vibrant mascot interacted with the students, spreading the spirit of sportsmanship, unity, and enthusiasm. The students were thrilled to meet Mayur and greeted the mascot with great excitement, enthusiastically cheering for the athletes. The memorable interaction inspired the young learners to celebrate the values of teamwork, discipline, and excellence in sports.

To promote environmental awareness and encourage sustainable practices, the students participated in a Mega Plantation Drive in the vicinity of the school on 22 July 2026. This initiative was taken up under the guidance of DDA Horticulture Division 2.

Students planted saplings at designated locations and learned about the importance of trees in maintaining ecological balance and combating climate change.

The students also pledged to nurture the plants and contribute towards a greener and cleaner environment. The drive instilled a sense of environmental responsibility and reinforced the message that every individual can play a vital role in protecting nature.

A Hawan Ceremony was solemnly conducted for the students of Class VI on  22 July 2026 with the objective of fostering spiritual values, promoting positive thinking, and invoking divine blessings for the well-being and success of the students.

The ceremony commenced with the chanting of sacred Vedic mantras by the priest, creating an atmosphere of serenity, devotion, and spiritual harmony.

Everyone participated with great reverence by offering ahuti into the sacred fire and seeking blessings for wisdom, good health, and prosperity.

The sanctity of Hawan  inspired students to imbibe virtues in their daily lives.

With hearts full of excitement and the delightful aroma of the King of Fruits filling the air, the students of Balvatika I to Class II celebrated National Mango Day with immense joy and enthusiasm on 22 July 2026.

A colourful PPT was shown to help the children learn about different varieties of mangoes, their nutritional benefits, and interesting facts. The celebration became even more exciting with the energetic Mango Tango Dance, in which the students participated with great joy.

A lively discussion on the "King of Fruits" encouraged the children to share their knowledge and experiences.

In CBSE Judo Competition Tejas of class XII won Gold Medal while Krishna, Yash & Ronit of Class XII and Ashima of Class VII won Bronze Medal. The event was held at Bal Bharti School, Dwarka from 16st July to 18rd July 2026.

Their success is a result of consistent effort, determination, and a strong spirit of sportsmanship. Their dedication, discipline, and fighting spirit have made us all proud.
