Importance Of Grandparents In Grandchildren’s Life

Grandparents sprinkle stardust.

“Nobody can do for little children what grandparents do.” – Alex Haley.

Grandparents play an important role in the lives of their grandchildren. Grandparents are often seen as “stress buffers”, “roots”, “arbitrators” and “supporters”. Children find unique acceptance in their relationship with grandparents, which benefits them emotionally and mentally. As such it is the responsibility of every educator to save the ethics, teaching values of responsibility towards grandparents. To inculcate these values in our little MMPians, teachers of Class 1 counselled children to help their grandparents in this chilling winters. They also helped the children in taking the pledge that they will always help their parents and grandparents in their daily chores and also fill their life with love and laughter.

We would love to share the gleaming faces of grandparents along with their grandchildren with you.
