MMPian selected for Indian team in World Junior Tennis Cup

"May today's success be the beginning of tomorrow's achievements."

It was a moment of pride when Sacchitt Sharma, class VIII of M M Public School  was selected in Indian  team to represent the country in the regional qualifying events of World Junior Tennis Cup under-14 age group as announced by All India Tennis Association (AITA) in the event to be held in Bangkok from 20th April 2015 to 25th April 2015.

The top four teams from the zone will qualify for the World Group finals, to be staged in Prostejov, Czech Republic, for under-14 age Group from 3rd August 2015 to 8th August 2015.

We wish his team great success in the lead up to, and during the Tour. They have the support of the whole school fraternity and the nation on achieving this historic milestone

Holi Celebration on 5th March 2015

  Celebration of Holi

"Let the colors of Holi spread the message of peace and happiness."

M.M.P.S always encourages tiny tots to celebrate all the festivals with great fervor and passion. Our tiny tots from Class LKG to V enjoyed playing with different colors not only with each other but also with their teachers. Principal Mam Ms. Rooma Pathak could not resist joining them. Gujia-the sweet delicacy was distributed among the children. Class teachers narrated the mythological story related to the festival. Tiny tots echoed the nook and corner of the school with the message of love, affection, friendship and prosperity. The day full of fun and frolic kept the memories of festival of colors fresh forever.

MMPian selected for Indian Basketball team in Asian championship

"When you've got something to prove, there's nothing greater than a challenge."

Satyajeet of class XI accepted this challenge enthusiastically when he got selected in the Indian Basketball team for the Asian championship to be held from 4th March 2015 to 14th March 2015 at Chiang, Thailand.

We feel proud to nurture the talented Satyajeet and wish him good luck. May he be the winner and achieve new heights in his career.

Day Camp for Primary classes on 25th February 2015

MM Public School organized a day camp on 25th February 2015 for its Primary Wing. 

Various adventurous activities and games were there. Students enjoyed the activities and got the experience of campaigning.

All the students were divided into groups. Each group was allotted a name and an instructor to guide the rules. In between the activities students had their breakfast, lunch and snacks. The day camp winded up with a "Magical Show"

Hawan (Farewell) of class XII on 23rd February 2015

Farewell 2015

"It always is harder to be left behind than to be the one to go..."

Blessings to the students of class XII was extended through the tradition ritual by conducting ?Hawan in the school premises on 23 February 2015. Principal Mam (Ms. Rooma Pathak), Academic Incharge (Ms Renuka Sharma) and other senior teachers blessed the children for their glooming academic result in the upcoming Board Exams. Principal mam, Mrs. Rooma Pathak encouraged each student by boosting their confidence that at this moment they should collect all their strength and determine to score high in Exams. Mam gave tips that how they can manage stress and anxiety, and also advised them to visit school website where more links are available for managing stress and anxiety during their examinations.

It was followed by a long photo session where students clicked themselves with their favorite teachers and in their classes which they will miss after this moment.

In the end Principal mam wished all students best of luck for their exams, all students touched mam?s feet and took blessings from mam for their upcoming exams. Principal and Teachers fare well the students with a message......"Fly you high."

Annual Sports Day and Prize Distribution Function on 14th February 2014

"Sports" is a metaphor for overcoming obstacles and achieving against great odds. The relevance of sports in a student's life cannot be neglected.

To inculcate the value of Sportsman spirit in its students M.M.Public School , Vasudha Encalve , Pitampura celebrated 'Sports Day' for  Primary Classes on 14th February 2015 at 9.00 a.m. in school premises . The Chief Guest was Smt Asha Aggarwal  the Deputy Director of education sports and the guest of honor was Smt. Pushpa Ratnam Yadav(SPE-Zone11,NWB). The Director Sir Shri Somesh Rishi Pathak and Principal  Mrs. Rooma Pathak  heartily welcomed all the guests. There was a well organized March Past followed by Mashaal Lightning and Oath taking Ceremony by the head boy .The Sports Meet was declared open by the Chief Guest for all kinds of races to be held. A mesmerizing welcome song by the primary students welcomed the parents and the chief guest. The day saw the display of talent, energy and coordination of the various asanas of yoga. An enchanting performance not only on foot tapping number but also the groovy elegant graceful movements in Aerobics by tiny tots lasted deep impression on the audience. A colourful display of drill by young MMPIANS enthralled one and all.

A number of sporting events were organized including an innovative variety of races such as Tie the Knot Race, Balloon Bursting Race, Goodies Race, Obstacle Race, Bindi Race etc. The students participated in all the events with great zeal & the audience enjoyed them to its maximum. It was very encouraging to see the backbone of the school join in the fun & frolic of students. The event concluded with Prize Distribution Ceremony where meritorious students who have shown excellence in academics, co-curricular activities & sports were awarded by the chief guests. The Director Sir & Principal Ma?am thanked the distinguished guests & parents for their gracious presence & congratulated the students as well. All in all it was a joyful event where the endeavor was to provide students ample of opportunities to demonstrate their mesmerizing sporting skills.

Hawan with the grace of GOD for Class Xth students

A Homa or Havan is a sacred fire ceremony in which various forms of the Divine gods and Demi-gods are invoked. As per the ancient Hindu texts, any offering to the fire is actually an offering the Sun. Offerings such as ghee, rice dry fruits, honey, wood etc. are offered to the sacred fire while reciting the mantras by a priest. The education is now a value based system and thus to inculcate the value of praying and the holy Sanskrit Mantras, a Hawan was organized on 29th January, Thursday for class Xth.

The event bring them closer to the greatest soul "God".

MAKING CARDS AND CRAFT GIFTS FOR INMATES OF OLD AGE HOME

"Bless us always with your precious blessings."

To inculcate the feelings of respect towards elder people Art and Craft club of M.M.P.S. made beautiful cards and artifacts for inmates of old age people to express their feelings for old people and tell them that, they are not alone in this world. Students are there for them. Then all students visited the old age home on 22nd and 23rd January 2015 and gave all these artifacts and greeting cards to the old people. It was a wonderful practical learning experience for the children.

Artifacts Depicting Various Cultures

Students of art and craft club of M. M. Public School made several cultural artifacts depicting various culture of the nation. They expressed their feelings entirely with their heart out in the craft world. Their creativity was thoroughly appreciated by everyone. They made several artifacts using paper mashie depicting the art of Kashmir. They also made jharokhas which is a very famous artwork of Rajasthan and many more such artifacts. Then, they exhibited these artifacts in an exhibition in the month of October which was a vast diversity of our culture.

INTERNATIONAL TENNIS FEDERATION ASIA 14 & UNDER DEVELOPMENT CHAMPIONSHIPS 2015 DIVISION - 1

It was a moment of pride when Sachitt Sharma got selected for ITF ASIA 14 & UNDER DEVELOPMENT CHAMPIONSHIPS 2015 ? Division 1 (Bangkok, Thailand).

ITF Asia 14 & Under Development Championships - Division 1 will be held at the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand, Thailand on 14 - 27 March 2015 organized by International Tennis Federation (ITF) in conjunction with the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF).

The ITF Division 1 is the equivalent of an Asian 14 & under Category 2 event for which points for a category 2 ATF 14 & under circuit event will be awarded to players for their wins at the championships.

We wish all the best to Sacchitt for not only winning the tournament but also learn sportsmanship and grow as a champion from this golden opportunity.
