Paper Folding Activity for Tiny Tots

To improve the motor skills and creativity of the students, Paper Flowers Activity was organized on 17th February 2017 for L.K.G. and U.K.G. students. The students made beautiful Paper Folding TULIPS and LOTUSES and enjoyed making those.

Valentines Day celebration

To show love and affection towards their parents the tiny tots of MMPS had celebrated Valentine's Day on 14th February 2017. They decorated Valentine Cards with their hand impressions, roses, hearts and their parents images. They also wrote love messages for their parents.

The sanctity of their love for their parents had over flown our emotions. It was so fun and loving to watch them. 

FLAME LESS COOKING BY MOTHER CHEFS

MMPS believes in giving platform to all talents. Not only to students but to give a platform also to the parents especially mothers to showcase their talents,  a Flameless Cooking Activity was organized in Home science Lab on February 11, 2017.  Different flameless recipes like Bread chaat, Russian salad, sandwiches, Strawberry with Truffle and many more were prepared by the mother chefs. The honorable principal mam Mrs. Rooma Pathak graced the event by judging the recipes. Principal mam appreciated the efforts by mother chefs and showed her belief that it will help to build a strong relation between mothers and teachers. Among many delicious recipes four recipes were selected for the prize. First prize was shared between Mrs. Mehak mother of Aryan Dua student of LKG A and Mrs. Konika Jamini mother of Siddhiksha student of UKG A. Second prize was shared between Mrs. Meenakshi Bansal mother of Pranav student of LKG A and Mrs. Harsha mother of Shaarvi student of LKG A.

Galileos Space

To acknowledge the students about our solar system and also to wider their knowledge about the same a Planetarium activity was organized for the students of classes L.K.G.to VIII. It was followed for three continuous days from 1st Feb 2017 to 3rd Feb 2017. Special arrangements were made to make the students feel the real effects through artificial digital Planetarium. The students not only enjoyed it but they also learnt about all the space activities. In the end students were asked questions to check their presence of mind and prizes were given to those who gave correct answers. All in all the activity was knowledgeable, instructing and enriching for the students. 

 

NCC (A CERTIFICATE) EXAM

20 NCC students of MMPS appeared for NCC ('A' certificate) exam on 7th February 2017 held at Yuvashakti Model School. Students were very enthusiastic about appearing in the exam and did well to score high ranks.

Students who participated and are regular contributor in NCC activities done in and out of the school are : Prashant, Prateek Sachdeva, Sumaksh, Shivam, Simranjeet, Aditya, Pradeep, Pranav, Vikas, Suraj, Shubham, Manish, Bhanu, Dipu, Jatin, Sourabh, M.Bharat, Varun, Naveen and Shubham of class X.

Farewell to Class XII

To bid adieu to XIIth class farewell was organized for the bright future of the students on 4th Feb, 17. It was started with traditional ritual Hawan in the school premises. Revered Director Sir, Mr. S. R. Pathak and source of motivation Principal Madam, Mrs. Rooma Pathak along with senior teaching faculty blessed the children for their upcoming results in the Board exams. Principal Madam Mrs. Rooma Pathak encouraged each student by saying inspirational words. Celebration was followed by the dancing session where students danced on the latest Bollywood numbers along with faculty teachers. At the end Principal Madam wished all the students best of luck for their future.

Achievement in Poster Making Competition

It was a moment of immense pleasure when ARPITA of class III achieved III position in Poster making Competition on the theme of Favorite Cartoon Character organized by St. Vivekanand School, Ladpur, Qutab Garh Road, New Delhi on 4th February 2017.

BASKET BALL 62nd SCHOOL NATIONAL COMPETITION

It was a moment of immense pleasure when our Basket Ball Senior Boys Team (Sombir and Shavinder of class XI) achieved 1st position in Basket Ball National Tournament in Under-19 category held on 10-01-2017 to 14-01-2017 at Nuzvid  KrishnaAndhra Pradesh.

It was a moment of immense pleasure when our Basket Ball National team players (Rachit of class X, Vishal and K.Gupta of class XI) achieved 1st position in Basket Ball Senior National Competition held from 7th January to 14th January 2017 at Pondicherry.

BASKET BALL NATIONAL TOURNAMENT

It was a moment of immense pleasure when our basket ball Junior boys team (Aakash, Parvesh Ankit, Amit of class X) achieved 3rd position in Basket Ball National Tournament in Under-17 category held from 20-12-2016 to 30-12-2016 at Rajnand Gaon, Chhattisgarh.

School applauded for the students and wish them best wishes for more laurel and bright future.
