To salute this undying attitude of Indians and to embrace our spirit of freedom. Students of Pre- Primary wing presented theatrical performance intertwined with novel dance patterns on the theme INCREDIBLE INDIA- ATULYA BHARAT on the eve of 78th Independence Day on 14th August 2024.⭐️🎊
The young M.M. Pains interpreted various connotations of freedom and depicted the same through theatrical and dance performances.
The programme commenced with welcoming the audience and the Chief Guest Dr. Balesh Kumari Vijayrun, Deputy Director of Education, District North West B, followed by the Lamp Lightning and flag hosting ceremony.
The School Principal Mrs. Rooma Pathak addressed the gathering with her words of wisdom.
The performance left the audience awestruck which was followed by a huge round of applause by everyone present there.

Independence Day Celebration by MMPians

To instill love for the nation and feel proud of our national heroes, Independence Day was celebrated on 14 August 2024. The day started with a special assembly of cultural expressions, from melodious patriotic songs and energetic dances to thought-provoking dramas that evoked the spirit of our nation's heroes.

Students showcased their creativity through an Inter-House Rangoli Competition, while kite making and collage making fostered both artistic flair and competitive spirit. Each classroom embarked on a visual journey through India's freedom struggle, as captivating videos brought history to life. The students led a rally entitled ‘Tiranga Run’ to increase awareness to display the National Flag in every house.

The day came to an end with a stirring rendition of the national anthem, leaving every student filled with a profound sense of love and pride for their country. This inspiring celebration was not just an event; it was a catalyst for nurturing young minds with the values of nationalism and unity.

Opening Ceremony of Zonal Lawn Tennis Tournament 2024

The three day Zone XI Lawn Tennis Tournament 2024 commenced with a grand opening ceremony by the Guest, DDE Zone XI Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma on Wednesday, 7 August 2024 in the school premises with enthusiasm and exuberance. The honorable Guest was warmly welcomed by the respected Director Sir Mr. Somesh Rishi Pathak, and revered Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Rooma Pathak amidst the esteemed presence of dignitaries, Mrs. Indu Bala (Girl), the Secretary of sports, Mr. Kapil Mathur, the Secretary of Sports (Boys) and Mrs. Krishna Meena (Observer).

The grand opening ceremony began followed by cutting the ribbon which marked the opening of the Lawn Tennis matches. DDE Zone XI, Mr. Anil Kumar who addressed the gathering and congratulated the host school for organizing such a splendid event. Project Aashirwad Ka Podha: A Step Towards Sustainability
To contribute to "Mission LIFE, a mass movement of Environmental Conscious Lifestyle by Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, our school launched a project ‘Aashirwad ka Podha’ in an event on Saturday, 3 August 2024.
Revered Principal Ms. Rooma Pathak welcomed the esteemed guests, Ms. Mateja Vodeb Ghosh, (Ambassador of Slovenia) and Ms. Anju Jindal from (NGO- Vrikshandolan) to inaugurate the project. The inauguration ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp lighting, followed by a captivating song and dance performance that underscored the vital role of tree plantation. A key highlight of the event was the distribution of saplings to all parents, who pledged to nurture their plants into mature trees.

Friendship Day Celebration by Pre-Primary
The Pre-Primary Section of M.M Public School celebrated Friendship day on August 02nd, 24 by expressing their gratitude for getting the opportunity to celebrate the bond of friendship. The teachers enlightened upon the importance and value of being a good friend.
Children heard a beautiful story with moral “A friend in need is a friend indeed”.
Children tapped their feet on special friendship songs. Student of Grade 1 and 2 made beautiful pictures of their friends and Friendship day worksheet were done by Grade L.K.G and U.K.G.

To raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and promote a healthy lifestyle among youth.
On 31st July 2024, the Health and Hygiene Club of M.M. Public School organized a Nasha Mukti rally in the nearby area of the school. The rally aimed to educate the community about the harmful effects of drug abuse and encourage youngsters to make informed choices.
The students actively participated in the rally and held posters and banners with anti-drug slogans.
The rally successfully created awareness about the dangers of drug abuse among the local community, especially among youth.

A Business Event By Entrepreneur Club
“Successful entrepreneurs aren’t afraid of taking risks; they think outside the box.”

To develop entrepreneurial skills among students, a sales event was organized on 27th July 2024, coinciding with the Parent-Teacher Meeting (P.T.M.) day. This resulted in a great rush of parents visiting the school.
Class XI Commerce students of the Entrepreneur Club prepared street food such as sandwiches, sprouts, and drinks. They promoted their event one day prior by informing all the classes. On the day of the event, students successfully convinced the parents to purchase their items. They managed to sell all their products and earned a notable profit.
Through this event, students gained practical experience in several key areas:
• Marketing: By promoting their event and attracting customers.
• Sales: By directly interacting with customers and persuading them to buy.
• Accounting: By handling transactions, calculating profits, and managing their finances.
• Teamwork: By collaborating with peers to prepare, sell, and manage the event.
The event was a resounding success, providing students with a valuable hands-on experience that will benefit their future entrepreneurial endeavors.

Special Assembly on Environment Conservation

To raise awareness among students and staff about the importance of protecting our environment. Students performed different activities in assembly on 30 July 2024.

The assembly began with a thought provoking group song that highlighted the cause of climate change. Group of students of class VI & VII enacted an engaging role play highlighting the importance of preserving natural resources.

The program concluded with an energetic dance on the song 'Ruk Ja Re Bande', conveying a powerful message to protect the environment.

“Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words”.
To inculcate a love for poetry and enhance language skills, the English Club organized a Poem Recitation Competition. The event featured enthusiastic participation from students of the club where each participant recited a poem of their choice, demonstrating a wide range of themes and styles.
