VEGETABLE (My Performance)
Students of Grade L.K.G enthusiastically participated in Show and Tell Competition (Vegetables).This competition exposed children to wide variety of vegetables. They chose a vegetable of their choice and spoke about it using different props. This activity helped the little ones to improve their communication skills and instill good eating habits.
Children performed with great zest, enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoyed each moment of the day.

My performance Competition on the theme “Farm Animals “was conducted for the students of Grade U.K.G.
Kids spoke confidently about their favourite farm animal. They were beautifully dressed up according to the theme and were holding beautiful props for the same.
Farm Animals Day taught the students to be compassionate and responsible towards all animals. They learnt about the significance of farm animals in our lives.

Visit to Iskcon Temple

To seek the blessings of Lord Krishna and inculcate his teachings, students of Primary wing III to V visited ISKCON Temple, Rohini on Wednesday, 28 August, 2024.

Students offered prayers to Lord Krishna, danced, sang Bhajans and relished Parshad.

The priest read the versus of Bhagwad Gita that provide peace to the stressful life.

Visit to Iskcon temple was a serene experience for all the students as well as teachers.

Flameless Cooking by class 6

To promote healthy eating habits and absorb essential nutrients that can be attained without the use of fire, a Flameless Cooking was carried out by class VI students on 28 August 2024.

They prepared healthy recipes like tortilla wraps, salads, and refreshing drinks. All teachers praised the enthusiasm and creativity of students who showed their culinary skills and enjoyed the dishes.

Dramatization of Doctor’s Clinic
Dramatic role plays an important role for children. It gives them space and environment to experiment with situations and potential outcomes, testing out their decision-making in that environment.
As such children were asked to dress up as DOCTOR’S, NURSE and PATIENT on 22nd August, 2024 for DRAMATIZATION OF DOCTOR’S CLINIC.
Children were made familiar with words like Syrup, tablet, Stethoscope, Syringe etc. The role play helped the little pals to boost their creativity and build the resilience.

Cleanliness Drive at Sheesh Mahal by SAC club

Students of class 11 went to Sheesh Mahal, Shalimar Bagh on 22nd August 2024 alongwith teacher mentors for cleanliness drive. Students contributed their sincere efforts towards cleanliness. They were made aware that it is each one of our responsibility to keep our country clean. Children also enthusiastically raised slogans to create awareness among general public in the city.

It was a day filled with motivation and cleanliness.

Hawan Ceremony for Class XI
To seek blessings for the year ahead and create a positive and spiritual environment, a hawan ceremony was conducted in a serene atmosphere on 23rd August 2024 with the chanting of Vedic mantras.
Students participated with devotion, offering prayers for a successful and fruitful year ahead. The priest guided the students and emphasized on the importance of values and hard work in their studies.
The Hawan concluded with the distribution of prasad, leaving everyone with a sense of positivity and motivation.

Raksha Bandhan Celebration by MMPians.

“Rakhi is not just a thread; it's a symbol of our eternal love.”

On the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan students of primary and middle classes prepared beautiful Rakhis with necessary beads, thread etc. in their classes.

On Friday, 16th August 2024 students visited the Shubhshiksha Education Society, an NGO dedicated to the education and welfare of children and tied handmade rakhis to the children of the NGO who in turn expressed their gratitude and joy. Sweets, gifts, and educational materials were also distributed.

The celebration of Raksha Bandhan was not just a festival but a day filled with love, unity, and mutual respect and building bonds across different walks of life. The students returned with a sense of fulfillment and the understanding that small gestures can make a big difference in someone’s life.

Visit to ISKON Temple on the occasion of Janamashtami

“Celebrate Janamashtami with peace in your heart and joy in your soul”

The school always thrives towards achieving value based education for the holistic development of each individual. Through religious excursions and celebrations we can rekindle values, ethics and moral virtues amongst the children.

As such on the occasion of Janmashtami, the school organized a trip to ISKCON TEMPLE Punjabi Bagh for the preprimary students on August 16, 2024. The visit commenced with a beautiful special musical story of Krishna which was taken by Damodar ji of Iskcon Temple in Mandir Auditorium. Delicious prasad was also served which was relished by the young devotees. Students were encouraged to sing and dance on chant of “Hare Rama, Hare Krishna”.

The visit was an apt example of Learning beyond classroom.

VISIT TO ROTI BANK SDG-2 Zero Hunger

Hunger is something no one should struggle with or judged for: Dawn, ID

To instill a sense of responsibility towards contributing to social welfare, students of Grade V visited Roti Bank of Prashant Vihar on Friday, 16th August 2024 under the project SDG-2 ‘Zero Hunger’ under the guidance of their teacher.

The students actively participated in a food donation drive, contributing a variety of nutritious items to Roti Bank. This educational excursion aimed to expose students to the commendable efforts of the NGO in addressing food insecurity, instilling in them a deeper understanding of the importance of community service. The Roti Bank NGO has given the certificate of appreciation to the school.

Some lessons can only be imparted beyond the classroom. With Food from the heart, the students learned that even small acts of kindness can make a huge difference in somebody’s life.
