To create awareness about the role of Preventive Vigilance in reducing corruption at various levels and to strengthen the system of governance by making it more efficient Vigilance Awareness week was observed on MMPS from 26th October to 31st October. The school had organized various activities regarding the topic. The value of good governance was installed by making the students of class VI-VIII participate in Slogan Writing on "Preventive Vigilance." They made creative posters on "Transparency an antidote to corruption." Students of classes IX-X expressed their thoughts and ideas through Elocution on "Citizens Right to Good Governance." An inter-class debate was also organized for the students of class XI and XII on the topic "Preventive Vigilance sin-quo-non for Equitable Growth" on 28th October and the students shared their opinions about the topic. On 29th October Essay Writing activity was conducted on the topic "RTI Act a deterrent to corruption" that enhanced the knowledge of the students about the use of this effective tool - RTI. Then all in all these activities instilled in students the value of vigilance against corruption for the prosperity of the nation.
A friendly Hand Ball Match was played between teams Lion Club and Jaguar?s Club on 15 October, 2015. Players from both the teams displayed their best of efforts in the zeal of sports man spirit during the match. Lions Club won the match by setting a score of 3-2.

Teri quiz competition was organized 14th October, 2015 by Readers club to create awareness about environmental degradation and climate change in present time. The students from class XI B participated in the competition. There were three teams Dahlia, Rose & Lily with two members each. It was tough competition with variety of questions on different types of pollution, deforestation, afforestation, conservation of endangered Floura & Fauna. The quiz master Kunal Maggo of XI B cherished the students mind with wonderful questions. The winner team was Rose (Prateek & Anushka). The event was graced by Activity Incharge who motivated & inspired students to actively participate in eco-friendly activity and be ?Environment Saviors?
An article writing activity was organized by the Reader?s club on 14.10.2015. All students of class VIII B participated enthusiastically in the activity. The topic was ?INFLUENCE OF MODERN GADGETS IN OUR DAILY LIFE?. The topic was given to create awareness and evoke critical thinking among the young generation and to find to what extent they must use the modern gadgets. The students had expressed themselves very clearly the article are worth reading.
To instill the message of peace, harmony and brotherhood among student banners on ?Peace? was made by student of art and craft club. All the students of art and craft club participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. The banners are very creative, imaginative and innovative. All in all it was an inspiring activity for the students.
The art and craft club of MMPS organized the Mask Making activity with the latest theme of Gadgets under the guidance of Art & Craft H.O.D. Ms. Priti Anand . The students enjoyed thoroughly while making mask of different kinds of gadgets. They learnt about the gadget used in past,they are using in present and will be used in future.
It was a proud moment for MMPS when Simran Batra of IX-A and Vicky Rana Singh VIII-C ,got selected from over 85,000 students of 144 schools in the Annual Vivekananda Competition conducted by the Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi. Both the students are one of the 850 students who qualified for the second round. Both of them were appreciated with the certificate of merit.
