It was the prestigious moment for the school when our Hon?ble Principal Madam Mrs. ROOMA PATHAK along with the teachers Mrs. Renuka Sharma, Mrs. Neeru Vij, Mrs. Bobby Narula, Mrs.Sunita, Mrs. Sandhya, Mrs. Priti were conferred with NATIONAL POPULATION EDUCATION AWARD on 11th July 2017 at Women's Empowerment Summit held at India International Centre Lodi Estate, New Delhi amidst the gathering of great personalities like Mrs. Meenakshi Lekhi one of the  Member of Parliament, the national spokesperson of B.J.P. and also a lawyer in the Supreme court; Shri Shankaracharya Onkaranand Sarastvatiji Maharajji along with  Ambassador of Nepal and Ambassador of Solvania.

Tree plantation drive was organized on 13 July 2017 to celebrate PLANTATION DAY. It was an initiative taken by Eco-Club students to save our environment where various saplings of ornamental and shady trees were planted by Principal Madam Ms. Rooma Pathak, and the students of middle wing of the school. The programme proved to be a great success under the guidance of Ms. Tanpreet Kaur (Eco-Club Incharge) and thus was able to spread the message.

To start the day of the student with holy mantras and to take the blessings for bright future a Hawan was organised for classes LKG & UKG on 12-7-17.

Students said prayer and enchanted mantras especially the Gayatri Mantra. They learned about the importance of spirituality and prayers. After that they got Prasad which they enjoyed together.

It is a matter of great pride and pleasure when Principal Mrs. Rooma Pathak, M. M. PUBLIC SCHOOL, Vasudha Enclave, Pitam Pura was felicitated with the National Education Award for Best Principal by ABP News Channel on 6th July 2017 in Mumbai for acknowledging her dedication, sincerity, devotion, hard work, honesty and outstanding innovative performance as a leader in the field of Education at International Levels and the raised standards of the school.

Keeping spirit of International Yoga Day alive, a four day training camp on the occasion of International Yoga Day for boys was organized at GBSSS BADLI from 18 to 21 June 2017 by 2DLBN, DELHI under the supervision of Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel SONALI TYAGI.

Notwithstanding the fact that the schools were observing summer vacation, a lot of students who were enrolled in NCC took part enthusiastically in the Yoga camp which was very helpful for the students as they learnt various Aasanas and Pranayama and came to know about the relevance of Yoga in day to day life.

The students of Class X have again created history and have left the traces of victory by not only achieving 100% result in CBSE Examinations but also scoring CGPA 10 and Grade A1 in different subjects.

The school applauds all the students and wishes them success in future.

Hawan

Fruits are the source of many essential nutrients including Potassium, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, and Folic acid. Growing children need   good nutrition   and the fruits are the best source containing a multitude of vitamins, minerals and other healthy compounds. Keeping this motive in mind a   Fruit Activity was organized on 12 May 2017  in M M Public School to inculcate   the healthy habit of eating fruits daily. The Students were told about the benefits of eating fruits and were also   told about the healthy ways of cutting and eating them. They enjoyed eating fruits with their peer groups and learned to be more health conscious. Tiny tots also recited poems on fruits.

For over all development of the students and to inculcate moral values in them an orientation programme was conducted for the primary wing. All the rules and regulations along with the examination criteria were discussed with the Parents. They were told about the importance of moral values, ethics and their participation in the department of child. Messages related to Swatch Bharat Abhiyan, I can and serving others along with the hidden traits of a person which they have to find out in their child was also delivered. The workshop was really helpful for the parents as they will be more concerned about their child. 

It is a matter of great pride and glory that M.M. Public School has achieved 100% result in class XII Boards, declared on 28th May 2017. Master Soryaansh & Master Vatsal topped the school by securing 95% in aggregate and made all proud.
