Art and Craft Club organized painting contest to Celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Saptah on the theme of unity in the school premises on 3rd November 2016. All the students of Art and Craft Club participated and filled the whole atmosphere with the vibrant colors. These Young Artists made Painting with great enthusiasm. This activity was organized under the guidance of Mrs. Priti Anand (H.O.D of Art and Craft) and was well appreciated by Principal mam Mrs. Rooma Pathak.

Art and Craft Club organized painting competition in observance of Vigilance Awareness Week as directed by CBSE in the school premises on 2ndNovember 2016. Students painted their creativity on the theme of Public Participating in Eradicating Corruption. All the students of Art and Craft Club participated and filled the whole atmosphere with the vibrant colors. These Young Artists made Painting with great enthusiasm and were motivated to stand against corruption.

It was a moment of great pleasure when Arjun of class XI secured III position in Athletic Zonal competition held at Chhatrasaal Stadium, Model Town from 26-10-2016 to 29-10-2016.

To develop a feeling of spirituality among the student, a Hawan Ceremony was organized for class VII on 26th October, 2016. The students were enlightened with the mantras recited. They were delighted to receive Prasad. It invoked a feeling of hope and faith towards our almighty. All in all, it was an enriching experience for the students.

It was a moment of immense pleasure when SOHAM of class V achieved II position in Sub Junior category in an event Myriad Spectrums, an On the Spot Painting Competition, in inter school competition RAZZMATAZZ - 2016 organized by Mother Divine public school on 21st October 2016. He was also appreciated with a cash prize.

To create awareness and enhance the creativity of the students Poster Making Competition on the topic Road Safety was organized  by  (Delhi Traffic Police) for the students of class V to XII on 26th October 2016. Not only the students participated with great enthusiasm but also showed their creativity in a very innovative way. The result was declared as follows :

Global warming is the burning issue in today?s world. To create awareness among students of Science Club, a project making activity was organized on 26th October 2016 on the topic- How to Control Global Warming. It helped them to learn a lot about the ways to control global warming. Principal mam appreciated the project files made by students and had a motivational interaction with students, she also appreciated efforts done by Science Club Incharge. All in all, it was a learning experience.

Diwali-A festival of lights and one of the most prominent, famous as well as favourite Hindu festival was  celebrated with great enthusiasm by tiny tots on 28th October 2016 with great fervor and zeal. Students enjoyed the festival by making vibrant Rangolis, Decorating beautiful diyas, exchanging sweets and preparing paper crackers. Very devotedly they sang the Aarti of Lord Ganesh and Goddess Laxmi. The celebrations were done with great joy and at the end they wished everyone ?Happy Deepawali.?

To create awareness to have a safe and healthy DIWALI a Special Assembly on 28th October was organized by the school. The program was graced by our revered Principal Ms. Rooma Pathak. An initiative was taken to spread the message that crackers should not be used as they degrade the environment. Students performed ballad, dance, skits, and poems to bring the festivity to the environment. Speech and Precautions were given to the students to celebrate Eco- Friendly Diwali for which people must use organic colors to make Rangoli. Instead of bursting crackers children should give gifts, sweets and toys to underprivileged people. Instead of consuming electricity people should use clay lamps to chase away the darkness as Diwali is the festival of lights.Holistic view was created among the students to save the environment. All in all it was an informative assembly to the students.
