Fashion Show – Best Out of Waste

A vibrant and eco-friendly fashion show on the theme “Best-out-of-Waste” was presented by the students of Classes III to VII on 14 November 2025. The young designers turned everyday waste—newspapers, plastic bottles, old CDs, discarded fabric and more—into stunning costumes that lit up the rainbow-themed runway.

From sparkling accessories to capes and even handcrafted footwear, the students proved that with a little imagination, trash can truly become treasure.

Celebrating Great Minds

A vibrant Show and Tell activity on the theme “Famous Poets, Inventors of Electric Appliances, Scientists, and Astronauts” was conducted for Grade II on 20th November 2025.

Young learners came dressed as their chosen personalities and confidently used creative props to present their ideas. They enthusiastically shared interesting facts about the contributions of these eminent figures, gaining insights into diverse fields of knowledge.

The activity not only helped students identify and appreciate great personalities but also strengthened their confidence, expression, and public-speaking skills.

Learning Self- Reliance

L.K.G. students participated in Dressing- Up Corner Activity on 19th November 2025. A special dress-up corner was arranged where children practised dressing up independently.

They learnt to comb their hair, apply cream, and identify basic items needed to get ready. The activity helped build confidence, self-care habits, and independence among the students.

Marvellous Achievements in Zonal Science Exhibition & Other Science Activities

The school is proud to announce its outstanding achievements in the Zonal Science Exhibition and various Science Activities held at Sarvodaya Vidayala - C Block, Saraswati Vihar, on Thursday, 13 November 2025.

FIRST POSITION bagged by Kashish Thakur of class XI and Iknoor Singh of class IX in Zonal Science Exhibition on the theme ‘Emerging Technologies’ in C2 Category.

SECOND POSITION bagged by Shivam of Class VI in Senior Level Science Poster Competition, Jaya Jha of Class IX in Junior Level Science Poster Competition, Anshdeep of Class IX in Science Toon Competition

Celebration of 8th International Naturopathy Day 2025

The school hosted a Celebration Function of the 8th International Naturopathy Day 2025 themed “Rishi Vidya & Krishi Vidya”on Tuesday, 18th November 2025. Honorable Principal Ma’am Mrs. Rooma Pathak welcomed Dr. Satya Narayan Yadav, Naturopathy, Yoga Expert and Director Group of NGOs who promoted the principles of natural living, traditional Indian knowledge systems, and the importance of holistic health among students and teachers. The programme was organised by Archana Yogayatan, IFYF, Sushila Devi Charitable Trust, M.R. Foundation, and Great River of Happiness India, in collaboration with the school.

The celebration included a range of activities highlighting naturopathy, yoga, and sustainable living. Experts shared valuable insights on traditional healing practices, natural therapies, and the significance of integrating nature into daily life. Demonstrations on yoga, meditation, healthy food habits, and eco-friendly agricultural practices formed an integral part of the day.

The event concluded with tree plantation by students and respected Principal mam in school premises.

Second Position at Delhi State School Games Handball Tournament

Milan from Class XII and Rehan Alvi from Class XI, proudly represented Zone 11, and secured II POSITION in the Delhi State School Games U-19 Boys Handball Tournament held at SV School, FU Block, Pitampura from 7th November to 12th November 2025.

Achievement in Kurash at State Level

We are proud to share that Krishna Khushwaha, a student of Class XI bagged III POSITION in Delhi State Kurash Championship held on 11-11-2025 at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Bawana. Honorable principal ma`am Ms. Rooma Pathak and M.M.P.S. fraternity congratulated Krishna for his remarkable accomplishment and wished him continued success in upcoming National Level Event.

Get Together Programme for Retired MCD Education Officers

Recognising the invaluable service and lifelong commitment of our retired MCD Education Officers, the school organised a special Get Together Programme on Saturday, 15 November 2025. Hon’ble Principal Ma’am Mrs. Rooma Pathak, graciously felicitated the esteemed officers with tokens of appreciation.

It was an occasion to honour the pillars of our education system—those who dedicated their lives to shaping young minds and strengthening the foundation of schooling. The event offered a heart-warming opportunity for all to reconnect with former colleagues, revisit shared experiences, and relive treasured memories.

The retired officers expressed sincere appreciation for the school and Hon’ble Principal Ma’am for organising such a thoughtful, respectful, and memorable programme.

Be a Smart Shopper – A Life Skills Activity

A Life Skills Activity – “Be a Smart Shopper” was conducted for students of L.K.G. to Grade II on 14th November 2025.

A lively shopping mart was set up with stalls like Green Grocer, Toys, Stationery, and Confectionery. Students were given a fixed budget along with play currency notes to practise making smart shopping choices. They explored each stall, compared prices, and selected items within their budget. Children also made payments using both cash and a scanner, gaining real-life money-handling experience.

The activity not only strengthened their decision-making and budgeting abilities but also reinforced foundational numeracy concepts such as number recognition, counting, simple addition and subtraction, and value comparison.
