Christmas is a time to give and forgive, it is celebrated everywhere as a joyous family affair, our tiny tots too celebrated Christmas on 22nd December 2017 as a happy time for all. To develop their fine motor skills an Art and Craft activity of making Lamps and Santa face was conducted. The students enjoyed the activity and made the beautiful lamps and Santa faces. 

It was a moment of immense pleasure when Harshit Yadav and Gurnoor Singh Gulati of class XI achieved 3rd  position in 63rdNational School Games Soft Tennis Championship in Under - 17 Boys section  held from 11th - 15th December 2017 at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.

The Readers Club of the school organized Quiz Competition on SAVE TIGER on 19th December, 2017. The students of Class VI A participated.   There   were 3 teams NEPAL TIGER (Shubham Sharma and Vidhi Bhatnagar), BENGAL TIGER (Satyam kumar and Nitin Chauhan & BHUTAN TIGER (Vaibhav Arora and Divij Chawla).  The quiz master Nishant Paliwal of Class VIII cherished the students with mind blowing and wonderful questions on the topic. Team NEPAL TIGER was declared as the winner team. 

To improve the  basic  application writing skills of the students, an Application Writing activity was conducted on 19 December 2017 for  the students of class VI to XI. The Students were given different types of application to write. They were assessed not only on the basis of format but also the content. All in all the activity was very knowlegeable and students gained a lot from it.

Flameless cooking for class I was conducted on 15th Dec. 2017. The students have prepared Australian Macaroni Salad that included healthy ingredients i.e. diced fruits, vegetables, semolina macaroni, black pepper etc. The teacher has explained the method of preparation and nutritious value of dish. The students enjoyed and learned that how to prepare a dish without using flame and share it in presentable manner. Overall the activity turned out to be fruitful.

To appreciate the efforts of schools a  Felicitation ceremony  was organized by Hero Moto Corp  on 15th Dec 2017.The school was awarded for making Seed Bank to save environment  under Project Ankur by the students of  Eco club, which was appreciated. On behalf of Principal Madam Mrs. Rooma Pathak, Mrs. Tanpreet Kaur (TGT Science ? Eco club Incharge) received a certificate and a token of appreciation.

State Level SUPW exhibition on the topic PAPER SE JUGAD was held from 12th December to 14th December 2017 at Science Center No. 2, Vasant Vihar where Komal and Muskan of class IX and Shivani and S. Abhinya of class VII won the 1st prize. The competition was highly enriching and successful in terms of exposure and confidence that students have gained.

To polish the power of vocabulary "Spellathon" was conducted for the students of classes III to XI on December 14, 2017. Students were well prepared and gave good result. They participated enthusiastically. It not only turned out to be a motivating factor for the students to excel in spellings but also enhanced their knowledge about different words and their meanings.

Another feather was added to the glory of M.M. Public School when the two gems, Ankush Dua (VIII-A) and Nishant Paliwal (VIII- B) secured Third position in Range Level Quiz Competition about  Road Safety held on 6th December, 2017 (Wednesday) at Traffic Training Park, Roshanara Bagh. This victory turned out to be more special when both the champions were awarded the cash prize of Rs. 2000 each and Appreciation Certificates on 14th December, 2017 by  Shri Dependra Pathak, IPS  Special Commissioner of Police / Traffic at Teen Murti Auditorium, New Delhi.

It was a proud moment when MMPS was felicitated with a School Excellence Award 2017-18 in an award function organized by BRAINFEED on 9th December 2017 at LeMeridian, Windsor Place, New Delhi. The award was received by Nursery teacher on behalf of revered Principal Madam, Mrs. Rooma Pathak.
