My performance - “Vegetables”

To enhance the confidence, information and Oratory skills of each individual, My Performance activity on “Vegetables” was organized for Pre-Schoolers on 26th Aug 19’. Importance of eating vegetables each day was discussed by the teachers. Little Budding Stars spoke on various vegetables with great credence.

Beautiful props made the whole presentations very attractive.

Achievement in Zonal Basketball Competition

MMPS has kept the spirit high by bringing laurels to school by scoring 1st position in Zonal Boys’ Basketball match in junior category. The matches were held at Bal Bharti School, Pitampura from 27th to 29th August. It was a moment of great pride and happiness for the school.

Assembly talk on ‘Health hazards of E-waste’

An assembly talk was conducted on 28th August ’19 by the students ECO Club, where through Poems and Speeches they represented their ideas about E-waste, it’s harmful effects and how we can reduce E-waste.  They successfully aware students and teachers about ways to save our environment and spread the message that we have to save our planet Earth as “THERE IS NO OTHER PLANET B”

English Essay Writing Activity on Disaster Management

To create awareness about managing of the natural calamities among the students of class III-XI, an Essay Writing Activity on Disaster Management was conducted on 20 August, Tuesday. Students vent out their emotions and came out with several ideas on how manmade disasters can be prevented and also shared their views on the steps that can be taken to control the damage. All the students participated enthusiastically in the essay writing activity. It was an enriching learning experience for the students.

On the occasion of National Sports Day 2019, Fit India Movement was launched by Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 29th August 2019 and its live screening was witnessed by MMPians in the school auditorium. Students not only rejoiced but also were motivated and pledged to be healthy through Yoga, playing Sports and doing regular exercise.

In order to celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna, a celebration was organised in primary section of for little ones. Some children came in traditional dresses. Some boys dressed as ‘Krishna’ and some girl as ‘Radha’. Some of the students dressed up as gwala and gwallan and Sudama. Our honourable principal ma’am was invited to this celebration. Children spoke lines in front of her on their characters. Beautiful decorations were put up to make this event more cheerful and colourful and activities were conducted. Flute making was done by the children of grade 2, grade 3 made mukut whereas our young ones from grade 4 & 5 decorated matki and made jhoola respectively.
