Independence Day Celebration by MMPians
To instill love for the nation and feel proud of our national heroes, Independence Day was celebrated on 14 August 2024. The day started with a special assembly of cultural expressions, from melodious patriotic songs and energetic dances to thought-provoking dramas that evoked the spirit of our nation's heroes.
Students showcased their creativity through an Inter-House Rangoli Competition, while kite making and collage making fostered both artistic flair and competitive spirit. Each classroom embarked on a visual journey through India's freedom struggle, as captivating videos brought history to life. The students led a rally entitled ‘Tiranga Run’ to increase awareness to display the National Flag in every house.
The day came to an end with a stirring rendition of the national anthem, leaving every student filled with a profound sense of love and pride for their country. This inspiring celebration was not just an event; it was a catalyst for nurturing young minds with the values of nationalism and unity.
