This award was presented amidst the presence of the notable Chief Guests, Shri Laxmi Narayan Chaudhary (Cabinet Minister for Cane Development and Sugar Mills) and Dr. Akhilesh Mishra, IAS (Additional Election Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh), and special guest Shri Nilkanthcharandasji Swami (Founder, Shri Swaminarayan Mission, Surat, Gujarat). The ceremony took place at Hindi Bhawan, 11, Vishnu Digamber Marg, Near Bal Bhawan, New Delhi on Saturday, 12th April, 2025 celebrating the 38th foundation year of Avantika.
