Abiding Information

School Session The academic session of the school is from April 1st to 31st March of the next year.
School Timings 7:55 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. | All Saturday of every month will remain closed for all classes.
Parent Teacher Consultation Please note that it is policy of the school not to over burden the students with too much of home work. Class work and other school activities are given more importance than home work so the parents are not over burdened. Parents can hold consultation with the principal and the teachers concerned about the progress of their wards and plan special remedial measure if needed.
Remedial Classes Students who are weak in studies are provided the oppurtunity to attend the special classes (in difficult subjects) which are held by subject teachers in the zero period immediately after assembly.

Parent - Teacher Cooperation

It would be in the interest of students if parents try occasionally to find out whether their wards are making use of the opportunities provided by the school. The following points are suggested to guide the parents:-

  • They are requested to look into the school diary of their ward daily & see that the lessons & home work assigned for the day are done.
Remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned regularly
  • Their ward should be regular, punctual and in proper uniform.
  • They should inform the school authorities about any change in their address or Telephone number.
  • They should deposit the monthly fee of their ward in time i.e. before the 10th of the month in which the fee is due.
  • They should send the leave application of their ward to the school one day in advance & get the same sanctioned for the leave if required.
  • Parents should not meet their ward or his/her teacher directly in the class without the permission of the Principal.
  • If the Parents have any complaint it should be written and put in the drop box at the reception.
  • They should cooperate with the school authorities in maintaining the standard of the school, in the students activities and in the student's achievements specially in the Board Exam and improve them in all possible ways.
  • Parents must fill the attendance record and check circular record, Punctuality record, Uniform record and Teacher's remarks printed in the diary.

English Conversation

English is the only language that is understood by and is acceptable to almost all the countries of the world. Today it has become an indispensable part of the government administration, private business and medical profession. Thus, in order to make our students confident in their day-to-day dealings with the outer world English - conversation has been made mandatory in the school.

Attendance

A pupil may not be allowed to sit in the annual examination if he/she has not put in a minimum of 80% of the total attendance of the academic year including the attendance put in at a previous school if the student has been admitted on transfer.
